|Behind the Photo|

I know this post has nothing to do with Emerick, but I snapped a photo of my "ghetto rigged" set up at a client's house today, and just thought I would share, mostly for Kelly who requested I post more behind the photo, photos. Today I photograped a 4 day old little baby. Good times. We actually shot the whole session outside their back door in the shade on their deck. It was 90 degrees out, and Mama was brave. :)

What a cutie! BTW, what kind of lens do you use? I think I need a new one. ;)

Kelly - I have a few diff. ones that I use, but my fave is my 50mm 1.4. I use that one most of the time. It is a prime lens though, so it is great for portraits, but you can't zoom if that is what you like. I am need of a new lens too. I want an 85mm and also a fisheye!!!!!!

Ummmm... I'm going to have to check that out. My standard 18-55 is doing a weird clicking thing when I try to zoom. I think it's time for a new lens. Darn.
